- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Negative. The business manager has a promising future as a bridge troll. What a rude piece of work she is...... It's pretty simple, we called, got an agreed price for the eye exam, showed up and paid for the exam after it was done. Then we get a bill in the mail for an additional 70 bucks. "special eye exam" Well....was it not special when we were in the office? Did the price go up once we left? Your business manager has no business interacting with the public....she hung up on me twice and then screamed over the phone that she didn't have to explain herself when we asked to explain why the additional fee was charged. I specifically requested that the doc contact me to resolve this, but that never happened either.
