  Please make sure your birds wings are clipped. You did your part in selling, but not in your word it was clipped when I left the store with my parakeet. I went in, you said they are clipped to my face again, I asked for a refund because I was told by bird breeders and another employee to get my money back. 20 bucks that's it. I don't care for the money, I cared for the bird. Just make sure you stay on top of the clipping please. Don't want anyone else to go through this. Update: Girlfriend talked to costumer service, Chrystal was amazing. Recieved refund and birds are being checked and clipped. I didn't get the new girls name at the store Friday 11/10 thank you for the help. I changed my rating to five stars for the handling of all this in the end.
