  This is the worst doctors office that I've ever been in. The Doctors arent the worst, however, you deal with the receptionests most of the time and they are RUDE! They snap at you for asking questions, they try to make you feel like an idiot and they treat you like you are just wasting their time. I have waited up to 2 hours for a visit while people that got there after me waiting to see the same doctor went ahead of me. We were told that we need to call to make an appointment instead of making them after the previous visit, we call and they try to plan it 3 months out and tell us that we should have set it up at the previous visit. The staff is not worth dealing with to see the doctors.

  The clinic has chairs. It has a childrens area. It's relatively clean and I've never seen the front staff act rude, except when confronted with someone yelling at them about something they have no control over. The last appt. I had they went out of their way to find a ride home for an older woman. For the person who said their "the worst" I'm sorry but I can't figure out how you got that opinion. As far as I can tell from the waiting room, the clinic covers lots of childrens and ob/gyn stuff, as well as a variety of other practices, including several very good pc-physicians. They've always been good about calling me to remind me of appts. and I've never had a scheduling error that wasn't my fault. The labratory/x-ray company occupies the floor above the clinic, making it very quick and easy to have diagnostics done in house, if needed. It's older and busy but it's certainly not a "hell hole" or anything else you might think from the other posts, perhaps it's gotten better since I started going there in jan 2010, but out of 3 visits I've never had issues and personally thought the office staff were some nice chicks.. :)
