- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amazing customer service to start! We ordered this and had it shipped to Canada. It was costly with exchange and shipping but everything we've heard about their snout soother, it was worth the price. The wrong product arrived so I called their customer service. The right product was immediately shipped out. Thank you for making it right! The product has been working awesome on a dog that has a very dry crusty nose.
